Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Alex Baena and its customers regarding the use of the IPTV service offered, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

The subject of the contract is the provision of time-limited access to an IPTV subscription (live channels and video-on-demand content) for private use on the customer's own devices.

The contract is concluded upon the customer's order and our acceptance thereof. Following successful receipt of payment, the customer typically receives their access credentials within a few minutes by email and/or WhatsApp.

The prices stated on the website at the time of order apply, including statutory VAT where applicable. Payment is made via the available payment methods prior to activation of access.

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right expires early if the customer expressly consents to performance of the contract beginning before the withdrawal period ends, and simultaneously confirms their awareness that this results in the loss of their right of withdrawal.

We endeavor to provide the service with as little interruption as possible, but cannot guarantee one hundred percent availability due to maintenance work, technical faults, or events beyond our control.

The customer agrees to keep the access credentials received confidential, not to share them with third parties, and to use the service only within the bounds of applicable law. Misuse or commercial redistribution of access without prior agreement is not permitted.

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for breaches of material contractual obligations. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for third-party content made accessible through the service.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
